How I work

  1. Set the vision and the plan

I write the plan and the roadmap, and tie it to what the business needs. At Savicore and Luli, as CPO, I own the priorities and the team too.

  2. Research with real people

I start with travelers, players and partners, and look for the spots where they hesitate before I draw anything. At Sabu, I tested with 3,000+ beta testers.

  3. Design and prototype in Figma

I explore wide, cut what doesn’t hold up on the real page, and test prototypes with real people.

  4. Ship it with engineers

I stay with PMs and engineers until it ships and the numbers come in, down to tokens, accessibility and every screen size.
